The room was well laid out and air-conditioned and had a wonderful view to the sea view. It had an exceptionally nice location near about 2/3 of the way from George Town and beaches & old town. Furthermore, near to all Feringgi attractions.

the staff were superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating hole time of my stay.

The venue was nicely decorated, I enjoyed the stay and the location was fantastic adjacent to the restaurants, excursions and markets or malls, Close to Batu Ferringhi, and Georgetown and Batu Ferringhi Beach. The breakfast of the hotel restaurant was sensational and abundant with Indian options available. Stayed in newly renovated king guest room with a seaview.

The lack of a private beach is a disappointment!!! The internet speed is frustratingly slow. The parking is limited and the ramp is annoyingly narrow. Improved shower water pressure would make a difference!!!

The little snack shack near the pool was perfect for quick bites after our swims. Just be ready for the steep bridge down to the beach, but it’s nothing too major! 🌞

Great kids club and clean room, but beach access had limited hours.

Perfect for Family Fun!

I booked this place for a getaway with my kid, and it was super kid-friendly. Loved that it connects to the beach and has a fun pool area. The staff were all smiles. Just wish the bathroom was cleaner, saw some mold around the sink, which wasn't cool. Still a good time!

The hotel is nice, and has everything I need like a fitness center, outdoor pool, and excellent 24-hour service. The staff even helped with my late check-out during my first stay, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend it for a pleasant escape!

Perfect for families seeking tranquility

The room was amazing, huge balcony, and a view I couldn't believe, the kids really enjoyed the pool area, plenty of space to splash around. We took a trip to the Teddyville museum right next door, the artworks were a big hit with my family.

It was pricey but. We made fantastic memories.

The staff showed really good hospitality. Don't miss the delicious breakfast and ghee tosai prepared by Chef Linges. An excellent spot for family gatherings, but drive to the beach for a swim.

I had an amazing time during my recent stay! The breakfast buffet had lots of varieties, and I loved how clean and comfortable the room was. those signature cookies at check-in were a good treat! Although the pool was smaller than it looked in the photos, I would definitely choose this place again for future visits.

The hotel offered excellent amenities including a well-equipped business center that facilitated my meetings seamlessly. The staff were professional and responsive, ensuring all my requests were promptly addressed. The clean and modern room I stayed in provided a comfortable atmosphere to work and relax, contributing positively to my overall experience during my business trip.

The hotel has beautiful décor and lush landscaping. The staff were attentive, assisting me with my bags , which I greatly appreciated as a senior traveler.
